Has anyone tried those protein crystals yet? In the green package.....what are your thoughts? Decent source of protein or garbage? Nevermind the price....


Also, think it's possible to eat TOO many veggies? My staple is protein and veggies (cause you can eat a ton) while cutting and feel full, but I'm wondering if my "bloatness" is arising because of it......4 of my 7 meals are LOADED with broc, cauli, romaine, brussels, radishes, etc.......

I know bro - pricey...but not my ?...I want to know if it's a solid replacement for either a pre-workout or middle of the day protein...or are the ingredients junk?
 
That's them bro - the only thing that is key with them is if you are sitting in a meeting, they are much easier to sprinkle them in your hand and toss em in your mouth, rather than whip out your shaker......know what I mean? You give them the go-ahead?

If the way they are set up is of the uttermost importance to you and you don't mind the price, go ahead.

thanks......only in emergenicies or to ADD on to my protein shake....I'll stick with myoplex whenever I can.....
