i had been draggin ass lately in the gym so i took last week off from the gym. what a difference it made. i hit 2 PR's today. i hit 475 on a parallel box squat, and from there worked my way up to a 455 SLDL (used straps because i use a double over hand grip.) ill try to get a video next week when i do them (SLDL's) again and post it, if someone can tell me how to post a video on here.
