I not only notice a difference, Ive had labs done at different times to see what my levels are...I do 200mg week Test Cyp for TRT....and days 2 or 3 if I pin it all I go up over 1000, by day 7 Im down to 600....so even with my lab numbers, it seems to me pinning 2 or 3 times a week is better...and yea less zits for me this way too....many folks in TRT community are doing it SubQ, doing labs, and numbers the same as when they were doing IM...so if its something you want to try, you can SubQ 2 or 3 times a week to be really constant without hurting the muscles pinning so much...and many folks get away with 1/2 in 29g needles in the quads unless you are a total fat ass....I use those for quads, and I think I had 5/8 long 27g I use for glutes, random sizes of pins I had for injecting vitamins, and they do me fine....takes longer to draw but otherwise less damage when doing the pinning....and my labs show its still working just as before with 1 and 1.5" long spears into my glutes....
Sadly Ill be going back to long harpoons soon because Im gonna add 400mg Mast a week and possibly 100mg Deca a week, and 50mg Var a day....but to get the pinning of Test plus Mast and Deca, Im gonna have to go back to 21 and 23 gauge 1" needles...
