phase 1 bulk:
wks 1: spectro 800mg eq \ 500mg omnadren\25mg dbol ed\2.5mg femara ED
wk2: 600eq\ 500 test\ 25 dbol\2.5mg femara ed
wk3: 400 eq\500 test\25mg dbol\2.5mg femara ed
wks 4-8 500mgs test\400mg eq\ 2.5 mg femara EOD
phase2
wk9 300mg eq\100mg prop eod\ 50mg winn ED\2.5 mg femara EOD
wks 10-12 100mg prop EOD\50mg winny ED\2.5mg femara EOD
clomid
my goal: 6ft 200lbs 8% bf
phase 1: heave weights with a 6 on 1 off schedule HIT training with other varying low rep workouts..... lost of cals about 4500cals, 300 protien, hope too gain 20 lbs in this stage, hopefully i dont get over 12%bf
phase 2; 2500 cals a day, 300 protien. cardio in am for 45 mins 5 days a week with ecs for 2weeks with clen, lotsa h20, hope too loose about 2-3%bf with this stage
how does this look?????????? do goals seem feesable?
