Just want some opinions on what I am lacking?
 
Everything LOL, Just joking bro. I think you look good it just depends on your goals. Im not much of a bodybuilder, Im a powerlifter, and an injured one that cant lift right now at that but I still care about looks. I think you could put some more size all over but from what I can tell, and Im not claiming to be an expert, you look proportioned. If you can add some size youll look even better. By the way, I hate fuckers like you that have abs lol, Im so jealous.
 
You look good man. Everyone has their weak point(s)...yours may be size. I assume that you were trying to cut in those pics?

Actually I was trying to bulk up. I did gain 5 pounds. I feel I need t work my upper chest and arms, I need to get thicker.

Here is my workout, many of them are pre-exhuast and superset workouts.

I can see some increases in size, but you also seem a little more defined.

Depending on your goals, and given you're low bf%, I would suggest eating BIG.

My best advice if you want to gain some more size is maybe you want to break up your routine a little to put a little more emphasis on the muscles you are working. Other than that 5 lbs in 2 months is very good since it was lean muscle....
 
How you build that white square on your head? Skull crushers? Just jokin dude. Awesome progress. You can really see where your shoulders got deeper cuts. Only thing I see really is a little more leg work.:)

from those pix it looks like your tryin' to cut...anyways you gotta eat...and eat BIG for mass or to err "bulk up"..anyway good luck.

Nice overall development!!!.

Low bodyfat and good proportion make up very well for not being a huge mofo.

Maybe the time has come to make up a split routine?
i,e your lats look like they can handle a few extra sets to become wider, other than that i think you are doing very well...
 
I just put on weight real slow. One day I feel like im getting a little bigger then I look around and at other people and notice that my arms look like twigs. I feel like im never going to get to the 205-210 range which is what I would like. Flubberboy I was about 170 5% BF in those pics.
 
maybe u should look into restructing your workout plan. From the looks of it, it resembles a Kiana Flex Appeal workout. I think you could add some serious weight if you devoted one day towards training legs every week.

4 set of squats
3 sets of front squats or 3 sets of bulgarian squats
4 set of leg press
forget the leg extensions for awhile. focus on gaining thickness and size on your legs.

stiff legged db deadlifts 4 sets
hamstring curls with a dumbell 4 sets
 
You look like a classic hardgainer who's done a buttload of work. Very well done man. I'd say chest, abs, back, wheels are good, all proportional for your size. If I were to hit something real hard, I'd work on the arms to balance you out.

Like LS said, I'd ease up on your volume and add some weight to your lifts. I think you'll find that to be a help. And just to add to heavywear, persistence and commitment will be key here. You have an excellent base to work from. The longer you stick with it, the bigger you'll get.
