hi i am 40 ,6'1" 230lbs bf not sure i trained 5 years on off full last year . my frist cycle was ten weeks 500ml test cyp, 500ml tren enan a week ,4weeks dbol.
now in a few weeks i want to start 2 cycle .any thoughts i want to bulk , this was someones thoughts ,wk1-4 anadrol 50-100 ed,
wk1-13 test-enan 500-750 ew
wk1-12 equ 400-600 ew
