Everyone that ever started gear I bet didn't like needles... I know I didn't doesn't mean that I didn't do what was proper.. remeber you put a LOT less strain on your liver with injecting that with tabs. And to be honest when you start and you take tabs and you bloat and you lose all and you add damage to your body then you with you never made these mistakes and listened to advice... I don't think I will ever touch dbols / anadrol, etc again..... It is simply not worth it for what I want to achieve... there is no quick fix... you must know protein synthesis takes time, so the 'size' you think you have is only water... you don't magically get HUGE ammounts of muscle, or why doesn't everyone look like ronnie if you can just keep adding mass. a wise person told me once look at around 2kgs a year of pure muscle... that is just over 20kgs in 10 years.... even that is allot.. then why don't we see 400 pound bodybuilders or teens that weigh in at 275, etc..... yes we got ronnie at like 320 and cutler at 290/294 etc. but how old is cutler? 37/38 now ? and ronnie over 40.. but I would honestly say a kg of muscle a year is realistic goal to achieve. but also understand what I mean by that, some will put on abit more to start with but it will steady down.... and i'm talking on averages... anyway, thats jut some of my random thoughts.
