Man, as a former body builder you should know just how important diet is. At 35% bodyfat, you have a long way to go naturally by not being a pussy and tuning your diet in.
You say you've let yourself slip too far? You think doing a cycle is going to be some magic cure? Im sorry bro... but I do have good news. With that high a bodyfat %, you're going to make progress very quickly. Its not like when your trying to cut down for a competition and make it from 7% down to 4%...
You have a ton of room for improvement and you can make rapid gains just by getting back into the swing of things with the right diet and cardio regimine.
