In the past I have used winny-V to prepare for one contest and fina to prepare for another, both times to preserve muscle tissue while losing bodyfat. I have never used any gear for a gaining cycle. I have 1 10 cc bottle of test cyp and 1 10 cc bottle of deca. I can normally get fina at my leisure.

Over the past 4 weeks, I have been eating at the same calorie level, in order to establish a baseline; My protein has been around 350g per day, carbs at @ 300-350 pre day and fats from beef and a few whole eggs with 3 tablespoons of flax oil for EFAs each day. I am 6'2" @220 lbs 8 or 9 % bodyfat.

How would the more experienced of you use what I have availible and how drastically should my caloric level increase? I'm not scared to put on some bodyfat, but I don't want to be a pig!

Well one piece of advice: I started my last cycle with only 10 amps of test (sust to be exact). I didn't get the results I wanted the first couple weeks, so I then bumped up the dosage and had great results. So I'd say that 10 cc of test is good, but I think you'll want more. I tend to stay away from deca, but it does in fact go well with test. You said that you had access to Fina? I'd definately throw that in there if you're looking for size and somewhat vascularity.
 
Since you've never bulked before and aren't that big already(not an insult, just pertinent to the discussion) a simple test/deca cycle is the way to go.

Test- 400mg week
Deca- 400mg week

Both for ten weeks. Low dose, but effective dose.

Deca is very protein dependent so you are looking to consume at least 2g per lb of bodyweight. 450-500g of protein. As you add weight, you will need to increase protein accordingly.

My cycle suggestion: drop the deca and do 500mg of Test a week for 10 weeks, dbol 25mg a day for the first 5 weeks.
 
i like the deca and test cycle better and go with 1.5-2 times your body weight on protein. start out with as many carbs as you can eat a day...then try to add a little more each day.
