1st time pics..

hey ppl, this is my 1st time posting pics.
these are a week after a 4 week winny cycle at 50mg ed

i started at 206 and got up to 215.. and now a week later im down to 208 again but im leaner and more muscle definetion
im 20, 6'2'' and 208 atm like i just said

let me know what you think
and if you can, what do you think my bf% is?

Got a good frame to work with bro...Hit the weights heavy and hard and rest!
That should add some slabs of muscle to that frame! Definitly do more bench and dumbell flys for that chest maybe some dips too..Kind of look like your either lifting to lite or doing pushups..But hey you got a great start the more you gain the picker you will get...Keep up the hard work :Perk:

i maxed out in flat bench at 315 today.. and its the 3rd time ive gotten 315 up

iv always had a tiny chest, i can rack the fly machine at my gym about 6 times and iv seen ppl bigger that cant come close

im guessing the problems lies in my diet.. i dont eat enough calories or protein.. maybe about 200g or 300g ona good day of protein when i know i should be eating 400g's
 
you already have an impressive phsyique. at age 20, and looking like that imagine youy have no problem meeting young babes.

agree with ozz that at 6-2 you could easily carry another 20-25 lbs muscle. you got some fat around the middle so your bf looks to around 13% or 14%. you could use some work on your chest.

p.s. you kinda look like clay aiken.

Dam i cant get 315 or want to try,hell my shoulder is probably glad too...Thought i was happening at 300 guess not but nothings broke yet.
Didnt see you were only 20 so theres alot to look forward to if you lift smart and dont blow nothing.Your chest will come soon, hell your young yet.
Yea you probably need to eat alot more cuz your burning it off just siting still.
I was always like that too.Try eating like more oatmeal,potatos,meal replacements are the best but expensive..I dont think you need to worry about geting fat either.Just try to eat anything high in calories you will see a differents in a week or so...Keep on hiting it....
 
You and I have very similar physiques except my chest is slightly larger...but I cant bench as much as you. lol, your the same height and weight as me too.
 
im guessing your bodyfat is 13ish give or take a percent.

i dont think your chest is at all bad, and youre being hard on yourself. sure, it could use a bit more at the top, but its quite well developed and is being a bit overshadowed by your lats, imo, because you have a good v taper. relax. youre 20. hit your upper chest a bit more (if you arent already) and just wait a bit. itll fill out a little more and youll be over the moon, im sure
 
Excellent physique bro! You are def BBer material.. nice size, definition and proportions in the upperbody.. congrats! Give yourself another 1-2 yrs to add more mass and you could do well!
