1st TIME NEED ADVISE
All the cycles that I’ve ever had have been bulking cycles, my last cycle I gained about 30lbs in 8 weeks which was great at the time, I lost my job shortly after and found it hard to afford all the food needed to maintain my weight and keep my head above water. This time I wanna stay at the same body weight but decrease my body fat and increase my lean muscle mass I’m 6’ and weigh 230, I wanna get my body fat down to %12 or less, but still stay at 230, having never done this before I’m not sure what’s the best way of proceeding, here the cycle that I’m thinking of
Wk 1-2
Sus 1 shot ED
1000mg boldenon
1000mg primo
5mg Proscar ED
Wk 2-5
Sus 1 shot EOD
1000mg boldenon
1000mg primo
5mg Proscar ED
Wk 5-20
100mg Proviron
1000mg boldenon
1000mg primo
5mg Proscar ED
From wk 1 onward, T3 ramp up to 100mcg then ramp down
Run clen along side of T3
Cardio at least 3 times a week
I read a few posts that say that the best way to use sus is to inject it ED for the 1st 2 weeks then EOD after that. I really don’t want to use test cause of the water, I can’t afford the right amount of ari to counter the sus so as soon as the bold has kicked in I wanna drop the sus and try and maintain a decent level of androgens from the Proviron. I know prop would be better but its just a matter of availability, right now I’ve got over 200 shots of sus straight out of a pharmacy just screaming to be used. What I most need help on is my diet, having only ever bulked it was easy, I just ate around 5000cals and I got the gains I wanted (plus water and fat which I don’t want this time) I know most will say take in loads of protein but, I can’t take protein shakes even the lactose free ones fuck me up so bad that its counter-productive to my gains. So how do eat clean to build lean muscle mass and decrease bf WITHOUT the help of protein shakes?????
