1st Steroid Cycle

Hi Guys ,I am 23 , 6ft 185 lbs, I have been training for 5 years and have a lean physique.I want to gain more Mass but kepp the lean cut look.I have been told that the best Cycles must have Test c, e or prop in them.This being my first Cycle i dont really want to touch the needles,in time i will .I have been told that the first steroid someone should use is Dbol 30mg a day for 8 weeks,Alot of guys on this site say no chance all water and all will be lost at the end of cycle.I have 400 Dbol 5mg , 200 Anavar 10mg, 300 Winstrol tabs 5mg.Looking for some quality info from you pro's.Oh yeah i have liv-52 milk thistle and clomid. 3 orals on the liver is a killer so wont be taking them together of course.Thanks guys hope to hear .

i would say wait to get some injectables for your first cycle. You arent really juicing until you put on your big boy underwear and start poking your ass. That being said, all the best roids are injectable and for a great first cycle I would say Test E or Cyp, 200-300 mg per week for 8-10 weeks. Dont forget HCG for PCT and have nolva or adex on hand for any estrogen related issues that come up during cycle. Although probably not necessary for such a low dose cycle you could feasibly run HCG throughout the cycle, say 250iu every 4th or 5th day for the whole cycle.

i think you should just run var 50-75mg ed for 6 weaks
start pct the day after your last vae dose
clomid 50mg ed for 30 days

var, oral primo, and dbol can hang with test any day of the weak. you just have to know how to run them. you have to eat big train hard right from the start all the way through. bump the weight up every weak and run a good pct or cruize high for a wkile afterwards.

Good to see you've done research on oral toxicity. I'd start with the anavar if you want to "dip a toe", search around here for dosage and save the winny and Dbol for when your ready to move up to test (requires pinning) to stack one or the other.

Thanks For the advise Dave,What size needle would i need,a where would be the best place to inject? Would it be ok to run diabol with th test say 30 mg ED ,THANKS

since its a first cycle leave the dbol for another time. lets see how you react to just test. i use 22gauge 1.5 inch needles and shoot once a week in the upper outer portion of the glute. if you ever gotten a shot in the ass from a nurse at a doctors office thats where you want to shoot. or you can do a search on EF about injection sites and im sure you will find a picture or something if that will help more.
