DID MY 1ST MONDAY MORNING DECA 1CC I WAS SCARED SHITLESS BUT ONCE IT WAS DONE IT WAS LIKE NOTHING, THE WORST THING IS WHEN YOU PIERCE THE SKIN THAT'S WHEN YOU FEEL A LITTLE PINCH IT DOSN'T HURT IT'S JUST UNPLEASANT NOTHING TO IT SO DON'T BE AFFRAID IT'S NOT THAT BAD THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT MY ASS HURT FOR 2 DAYS AFTERWARDS LUKE

As for being sore, its likely due to the first time jitters. Holding the pin very stead and injecting about 1cc per minute can really reduce soreness.
