1st Cycle?

I am currently:

27yrs
6'4"
210lbs @ approximately 13% BF
Diet: 2600 - 3200 cal. ED, approximately 175-200g of protein ED
MWF lifting [recovering my rotator cuff injuries]
2x weekly Cardio [One 7.45min/mi, .5mi of intervals]
In the gym since I was 16yrs, but in the past 12mo have become serious.

My difficulty is with plateaus. I attempted to bulk up, but the supraspinatus in each of my shoulders became inflammed and ended a solid 2mo of heavy lifting. I ended up receiving lidocaine cortisone injections in each shoulder. I am now in a cutting phase, attempting to keep my calories around 2600 daily until I am fully recovered and able to lift heavy [relative term] weights again.

I have done some research, but by no means enough to start my first cycle. The purpose of this post is to see if I am evening on the right page. PCT is my biggest concern. After a few months of research, I am investigating this cycle:

Wks 1 - 10 250mg of Test Cyp [BD]
- to my understanding this is an oil-based long acting ester, requiring a shot every 5 days.
- requires Nolva during cycle
- PCT needs to start approximately 2wks after the last injection

PCT
500 IU HCG ED 10-15 days
Clomid 100mg ED 2wks
Nolva 40mg ED 2wks, 20mg ED 2wks

Questions?
- My obvious first concern is restarting the natural production of test.
- Is it necessary to run Clomid and Nolva post-cycle?
- What amount of Nolva is appropriate on-cycle?
- Is there a more effective PCT to run?

One other question I have is regarding possible "step-down" cyles. Should a 1st cycle contain winny [30mg daily] for the last few weeks instead of the cyp to help retain some of the muscle while losing the water retention.

You don't eat enough. should up cals to 5,000 and protein to 400G/ED.
Need to up CYP to 500mg/wk min and best to use 2x wk to keep levels stable and more effective.
Don't need nolva during unless you start to get gyno symptons but have it on hand if you do.
Run AIFM to prevent Gyno and bloat during cycle.
Run clomid 3 weeks, you prob don't even need HCG but you can run it 500iu/10 days. and nolva 3 weeks 20mg ED

But before you do this please educate yourself more for atleast a couple months on here you'll be much happier and have more success!!!!

Don’t use barbells for your shoulders, just do dumbbells,

Is it necessary to run Clomid and Nolva post-cycle?-------------YES
What amount of Nolva is appropriate on-cycle?------------------20mg a day
Is there a more effective PCT to run?---------------------------No looks great
"step-down" cyles---------------------------------Just do the test, skip winny

Shoulders is a bitch once u hurt it, it's really never normal and being that presses behind the neck really are no good for the shoulders especially for someone with an injury stay away from them and just keep shoulder work outs light from now on it sucks but better than fuckin it up and not being able to do shit, and as stated above up the calorie intake IE eat more Gobble Gobble

Honestly i think where i have gotten the most information outta everything is by reading all posts on this site. Before I started I thought i knew a lot about it but realized i had no idea. I was on this site everyday for about 6 months lol. Even if it was for a minute or two and also picked up tid bits. And looking back on it... I'm glad I did... Its the hardest thing to wait, but knowing every detail of your cycle, training, and most important food and finding out how it works for you and implement them in your life makes all the difference. I really think its a waste of money and pokes if you don't have that knowledge or make the effort too...
Its worth going PLAT as a newb to the site for the reason you can search exactly what you want and educate yourself faster i wish i did. The search bar i think is priceless. GL bro.
