I am 22 years old and have been lifting hard for about 4 years now. I've used some supplements but nothing hardcore. When I started lifting I was 6' and about 165 pounds. I was scrawny as hell. I've worked my ass off and actually got up to 196 pounds with about 15% bodyfat. I'm back down to 182 and want to bulk up some but stay pretty chisled. Currently I'm at about 11-12% bodyfat. I want to try juice but dont know what a good first cycle would be?
