1st cycle ?

I 've used gear in the past and about to try a new cycle and my brother wants to take his first cycle next month, he is 18, 5' 10" , 172lbs. any good advice??? I told him deca and test enth 200 for 8 wks

Good advice for an 18 year old...Don't cycle...Have him try training naturally for a few years first

i've told him that he has been working out for 2 yearss hard and there is no talking him out of it

I'd try warning him it cant be good doing gear when your body hasnt even finished growing.

get him on the boards himself and have him do some real research first..

hopefully he will figure out how much more growing he can do naturally.. get him to read the training board and what people can do naturally by switching up diet and training..
