1st cycle

i am going to start my cycle next week but i am unsure of some stuff...i have been on my diet for a month so far which is 3000 cals, 400 carbs, 300 protein, 80 fats...i am planning on doing 2 or 3 roids but i am not sure which would be best

i am 22 years old, 180lbs, 5'9", 20% BF

my cycle plan is this

wk 1-8 sust250, 250 ew
wk 1-8 deca, 200 ew
wk 1-4 dbol, 30 ed
wk 11+ clomid

is this good or should i change up the amounts? i might go with this instead

wk 1-8 sust250, 500 ew
wk 1-5 dbol, 30 ed
wk 11+ clomid

which one should i do? i am looking to put on about 15-20lbs and keep the water weight down to a min but with the dbol i know that will be hard...thanks in advance
 
Hard to say. People react differently to certain drugs. For me #1 would work best. Deca seems to love me. However since this is your first the safest route would be #2. One compound basically. This way if you start to see some unwanted sides you'll know what caused them.

Also this early in your juicing it's a good thing to know how you react to different compounds. If you start mixing things you really never know what did what.

never thought of that...ok that is a good point i might stick with 2 but now for dbol, which one is best? or are they all about the same...i hear lots of good things with the russins but what about the thais? what would you recommend on this?
 
So long as they're real they're good. I've had great results from the thais but that's not to say Naps or Russians are shit. Worry less about what brand and more about getting real Dianabol, although it's not one of the more faked drugs.
 
since it is your first just stay with sust only .........500mg for 10 wks should work wonders, no real need for anything else
 
everyone recommended to me the same thing.. one steroid so you knew what did what... but this is my first cycle and umm... I just did what i wanted and i'm liking it alot..I just took my second shots... and just finished with 2 weeks today.. i started with
1-4 dbol 35mg's
1-10 sust 500mg's
1-10 deca 400mg's
9-14 BD winny 50mgs eod :) ... very nice cycle :-D
 
not sure if i want to go crazy yet...i can always up the amounts but i think #2 would be a good first cycle...also i didnt look up winny all that much because i wasnt looking into using it but i hear a lot of good stuff about it...you think i should take winny with the sust and dbol? and should i stick with creatine while on my cycle? i use it in my postwork out shake now and i am not sure if i should take it during or it wont really help out that much and to hold off?

Bud you do not need all that gear. Do #2. I it was my first cycle and a very good one. Not a single problem and I was more then happy with the results.
I personally wouldn't bother with the Creatine, you're already going to be holding alot of water.
 
ok i will run #2 but what would be best for the injections....1 shot per week or 2 different shots? if 2 shots when should i take them? mon + wednes?
 
you really only need the sust, and i would lower ur BF some more. It could get really out of hand with bulking, and to cut back down you could lose a lot of your gains, wasting a lot of money, just food for thought.
 
4banger, I would SERIOUSLY consider lowering your bodyfat before starting your cycle. 20% bf is pretty high and would get higher if your trying to add size. Make a strong effort to get it down to at least 10% bf before starting.

cardio wouldn't hurt to lower bf that's for sure...
 
i am only guessing on the bf%...i last got checked at 24% and that was after i dropped 20lbs so i am just guessing now i could be lower...i will be doing cardio during my cycle also...about 25 mins a day
