1st cycle test e parabolan please help!

I scored a 10ml bottle of test e 200mg per ml i believe and a 10 ml bottle of parabolan i believe is 100mg per ml also scored nolva for pct.. im 31 6ft 260 25% bf not looking to become a bodybuilder or compete just looking to lean out a lil and harden up some workouts will be heavy 4xs a week with 40 mins cardio diet will be lean meats chicken breast tuna. Steamed veggies light carbs 300 mgs protein everyday light sugars protein shakes creatinte nitro pills bcaas multivitamins glutamine and a test boostingg thermogenic will be run as well.. im wondering how to run this cycle was thinking 1ccof each for 10 weeks starting nolva 2 weeks after last injection or at the first sign of itchy nipples..please advise..........first time user here

Get ride of the juice until you get your diet & training in check.....go over to the diet & training forums and forget juice for at least a year

OFF TOPIC... Not asking to be advised if i should or how not 2 do this. The question reguards what would be the most efficient way for me to run what i have without it being too much.. or too little. No offense please ez-e i am greatful for your reply with good intentions of looking out for my well being. Thank you.. reply noted and very much greatly appreciated but no changing my mind at this point.. .. but again.. not the information im seeking here.
 
Get rid of parabolan and get another bottle of test. Run it at 400mg a week for 12 weeks. Get your pct sorted out as well. I would recommend lose 5% bf at least before you do. Are asking for trouble you will gain weight on cycle especially as a first cycle.

Also get an AI for on cycle estrogen control and will most likely need it at a higher bf

You don't need juice to lean out. Steroids make you GROW.

You need to increase your cardio, and when you've got your diet dialed down, grab a fat burning stack like n2burn and n2flame

I highly advise getting down to 15% bf first. Tren has alot of sides and being that out of shape is asking for trouble. Go on a diet now and get your health in order. And lastly never use nolva period, and especially never with tren.
 
bro, noone is going to tell you how to run a cycle when it can be harmful to you... ez was looking out for you... that's how we do things here man... we give people the safest advice possible... your body is just ridiculous to be considering this man... get your diet and training in line... get down to 15% and then come back and get advice...
 
workouts will be diet will be.... Whats your diet and workouts like now? Steroids are there to take athletes further, that is, adults in peak physical condition, who have spent years mastering training and nutrition, from your stats I think you need to take your time working on those aspects before you consider chemical enhancement....
