1st cycle sustanon

Hi,

Planning on doing my first cycle with sustanon 500mg a week with pct tamoxifen.. I weigh 65 kilos and have been going gym 3 yrs at one stage i hit 70kg but got a bit slack and lost that 5 kilos... After 3 years ive decided to do a cycle bcos i dont eat enough even though i try lol i get full i just tone without any mass.

Any advice...

Just wait with youre cycle and get youre food in order
Just eat eat and eat what is see with youre stats i think you can get more gains without aas

70 kilo is not much but first try to get the gains in à otherway its to easy to use aas , so fast
Its not à miracle stuff you stil need to eat eat and eat

So my advice is to wait till you are sure you cant grow further naturly
 
i agree... how many months should i wait without growing... Also, is there a way to put on weigh that isnt 4 scoops of weight gainer powder that can assist me?
 
Its not à mather how many months its when you cant grow any further on eating good rest and going to the gym

I know how youre feeling i was the same just wait you know when youre ready

Let people help you with youre dieet and and youre exercise way

Ectomorph 's have to eat and train à different way

Try à weightgainer with diffrent suplements eat more times à day spread youre food al over the day

Hope you have some patience its worth it

Ps 4 scoops weightgainer how many kcal are that
 
Okay think i had the same weightgainer
I had the same problem just try to eat and exercise as much as possible and discipline and patientce Will make you bigger

Try to get à Total of 4000 kcal à day not only weightgainer just plain food aswel go high on carbs
 
Your diet is the biggest thing that determines gaining size/cutting not the aas that you use. Post your diet and let us see exactly what your eating and also your routine
