So i've finally decided to start a cycle, i'm 6', 194 lbs, about 16-17% bf, been training about 6 years, and i'm 22 m. I've been researching a lot and most guys say to run test only for a first cycle, but a guy i know personally told me to run primo for like 9 weeks because it's a lot safer. So i guess i'm gonna prolly go with 400mg per week of primo but i don't know if there's anything i should run with it such as aifm nor do i know what to use for pct. Is pct universal for any kind of gear? any input would help, thanks in advance.
