1st cycle opinions?

is, just kinda curious, on a general look on things is 6'4 200lbs and 18%bf ok? or bad?again just like general not looking to get all technical at this moment. :twirl:
 
5g Glutamine and
1 bowl of Oatmeal

spaghetti with some ground beef with 6” garlic bread – School Special (Vary's everyday)

buffalo chicken sandwich (contains 1 piece of chicken breast, with salad and tomatoes in a bun…just like a hamburger but it’s a chicken breast )

1 bowl Oatmeal before gym
GYM

Post workout!
Protein shake – contains malto/dextrose and 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey protein

Plate full of pasta and ground beef

1 can tuna with with 1 stalk of Celery and light dressing..nutritional info:FAT 5g
Carbs 1g
Protein:0.1g
Cals per 1tbsp – 50cals

Cottage cheese with 1 orange mixed with the cottage cheese.
Protein shake (in milk) with 5g Glutamine

Sleep





Tuesday

10:45 – 6 egg whites with 1 yolk
5g Glutamine

1:00PM ¼ cut chicken with roasted potatoes – School Special (again this varry's everyday)

Post workout shake -
Protein shake – contains malto/dextrose and 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey protein

plate of pasta and ground beeg

1 can tuna with with 1 stalk of Celery and light dressing

Cottage cheese with 1 orange mixed with the cottage cheese .
Protein shake (in milk) with 5g Glutamine

Sleep


As far as my training goes…I try to do 2 body parts per week

wow, that sucks. try a lil research on nutrition

As far as my training goes…I try to do 2 body parts per week.

You need more protein in your diet; Try adding more chicken breasts, more steaks (with no fat), and more protein shakes.

As for a cycle so my post above
 
Only do the AAS if you're ready to do the diet and training. Ideally you'd do that stuff first but at the bare minimum you gotta do it while you're on.

All you'll need is a little test. 500mg Test is plenty.
 
Looks like a good first cycle bro! Way to do your homework. Good idea to start off with smaller doses. I did the same first cycle and gained 27 lbs.
 
the above was a very rough diet as i just wanted to pack on pounds. worked well for me but its much different at this point and getting it much cleaner. in a few week i will post a better diet up as things are changing slowly.

what was ur PCT like? how did u take each or ur doses?
 
test 250-500mg/wk for first or add in tbol for 4 weeks of it. IMO.

what was ur PCT like? how did u take each or ur doses?

I did Hcg 1000ui's every 3 days for 2 weeks, and nolva 20mg a day for 30 days. I started pct a week after my cycle. I tried clomid too, but I didn't like it. hcg and nolva work just fine for me.
