1st Cycle kept simple

I am 48 years, 190 Lbs 12% BF and began my 12 week cycle of 600 Mg Test Cyp one injection per week. I got the gear from a smart doctor who understands aging and strength training. Every thing done by prescription. I showed him the study showing the exegenous administration of 600mg,300mg, and lower dosages of Test weekly and the results. Google "Testosterone study 600mg" and you can read the full results.

This forum has been a great source of information and guidance.

My doctor also has me taking .5mg anastrazole twice a week.
Also for what it is worth he also prescribed 1cc of cyanocobalamin weekly by subcutaneous injection with insulin needle

Diet has been doing 6 small meals a day with 200g protein 200g carbs minimal fat
I use protein bar & protein shake for 2 of them

Workout has been 4x week hitting different muscle group each day to failure followed by 25 mins cardio.

PCT is clomid & HCG injections all doctor supplied.

MY QUESTION is and it seems the one thing that the forum seems conflicted about is whether Anastrazole is good or bad for the cycle, ie muscle gains & strength
I have had no symptoms of gynomastia so I wonder if the Anastrazole is counter productive or whether the reduction of estrogen is good if not needed for the gyno...
What is the current thinking?

it totally depends upon how sensitive you are.,fortunately i have never had to use any ai's even at doses up to 1 gram.
 
not take the anaztrazole and replace it with the nolvadex 10mg daily and if you feel symptoms of gyno doses up to 20mg ed
 
Let me clarify my post...

Anti-Estrogins, take them to prevent a possibility of gynomastia?

Don't take them unless early symptoms of gynomastia manifest and use as counter measure.

DO ANTI ESTROGENS INTERFERE WITH MUSCLE GAINS & STRENGTH?

I guess, why take something that might be counterproductive if not needed or add any chemical if not needed?:confused:
