1st cycle help

I just stared using test here is my cycle. Please let me know how I could improve it.
week1 400mg
week2 600mg
week3 800mg
week4 800 mg
week5 600mg
week6 600mg
week7 400 mg
week8 400mg
Working out daily and eating about 150 grams pro, limited carbs, low fat. I'm 13% bodyfat right now. Want to get bigger and leaner. Who doesn't????
 
Do NOT Pyramid your doses, try this
800mg/week for weeks 1-2
500-600mg/week for weeks 3-10
Unless you weight 100lbs then 150grams of protein a day is not close to enough. Try to get between 1.5-2grams of protein per pound of body weight. How old are you ? What are your stats ? What type of Test are you using ? Do you have Clomid for post cycle ?

Then 150g's of protein is WAY to low! How old are you ? If your goal is to lose body fat then you have to do cardio as well and have a very solid diet, which sounds like it needs a little work

I'm 35 and yes would like to lose fat %. I do about 5 hours of cardio/week right now. What type of diet do you suggest.

I suggest a High protein, mod-low carb diet and low fat. I try to consume the majority of the carbs in the morn and right after a workout when I am cuting and I never go over 100 carbs per day except sundays when I usually carb up a little.

thanks for your help. I will give this a try and see what happens. Should I adsd anything to my stack? Also any ideas on where to get a typical diet printout that would be like you suggest? Thanks again.
