Ok after a few years of training I want to try my first cycle. With the research I have done this is what I have come up with
250mg weekly Sust
30mg Daily Dianabol Anabol 100
8 week cycle Sust
2 week in add dbol, for 4 weeks, then just sust for last 2 weeks
I'm 6'2' 206 lbs, I plan on taking in between 3500-3700 cals daily
My currently work- out looks like this
Mon - Chest, Tris
Tues - Legs,calves
Wed OFF
Thurs - Back, Biceps
Fri-OFF
Sat- Shoulders, forearms,calves
Please critique because Im as new as they get
