1st cycle, help!

Hi board, so i have been training reguarly 5days a week around 1/2 years or so and i got enough methandiex methandienone 10mg to do 20mg a day for 6weeks at least and i wonder if its worth doing the cycle with only methandienone?
Anyone heard of these? are they any good/legit?

Im: - 5 foot 9⅔ inches
- 12.1% BF
- 163.9lbs

any tips, do's and dont's? what will i expect etc...? Thanks :qt:

I just want to know the do's and dont's and if its any good at all and worth it in the long run... Besides that i preciate the feedback, thanks :)
 
Me being underweight i dont think is interly true. A healthy 5' 9" adult male should weight 142-151 lbs if you have a small frame, 148-160 lbs if you have a medium frame, and 155-176 lbs if you have a large frame and im a medium frame, i have pretty wide shoulders.

Dbol itself is great for growth, however in your case its a waste. Reason being is your not ready to use peds. You don't know how to eat, train, and grow on your own so the dbol won't be very effective and the gains won't last. I'm not saying that you aren't doing good now with everything, but that you don't have the experience yet for this. You need to spend the next few years learning to grow on your own. If you need a little boost head over to Ntbm and pick up some high quality supps to help out. I recommend the n2slin and whey to build highly for weight gain. If you need a test boost then hcgenerate or bridge is great. They also carry some great creatine and a host of other supps. Use my code in my sig for 10% off. Then go to the grocery store and buy all the beef, chicken, fish, eggs, pb, pasta, rice beans, and potatoes you can afford. And don't forget to include the occasional burger or pizza. Lots of guys get wrapped up in eating 100% clean and wonder why they struggle to gain weight. It's ok to get a little dirty here and there to move the scale. Just don't make a habit of it and don't do it when your cutting. In that case you have to plan cheat meals to keep your diet effective. Use the next few years to learn your body and what's most effective for you. Then when you start the drugs you'll be able to make crazy gains.
 
Maybe your right @joeblow, when i think about i only know how my body responds to cutting weight well, and not putting on lean weight. Wich ive been doing over the 3 couple years now, from 237 pounds down to 141 pounds then ive trained reguarly 1 and a half year and im currently at 163.9 pounds and im actually struggeling to put on weight due to my avarage diet, maybe i should really invest in some burgers every now and then from now on and dont worry to much of becoming fat again while bulking.

Maybe your right @joeblow, when i think about i only know how my body responds to cutting weight well, and not putting on lean weight. Wich ive been doing over the 3 couple years now, from 237 pounds down to 141 pounds then ive trained reguarly 1 and a half year and im currently at 163.9 pounds and im actually struggeling to put on weight due to my avarage diet, maybe i should really invest in some burgers every now and then from now on and dont worry to much of becoming fat again while bulking.

Like I said if you can't gain weight naturally then your efforts on juice will be in vain. Take the time to learn what works for you, then when you do start the juice you will get the most you can out of it and not waste your juice.
 
I promise you that if you take those you'll lose everything you gain and then start losing more cause you'll have shut yourself down. Trust me when I say that you've got ALOT of growing to do naturally before worrying about steroids. Eat clean, bust your ass in the gym, and get plenty of sleep and I promise you'll grow. Be patient and you'll get there. There really are good supplements out there that actually work. I know most are bullshit but there are good ones also.

you are not going to do yourself anything but harm by running steroids in your condition as it is... if you want to find something to help you put on some size, then give lgd-4033 a try... i can set you up a cycle that will probably get you 10 clean pounds of lean muscle and you can build on that and get yourself in the right condition to run a cycle later... pm me if you want to give this a go...
