I started back on gear Sunday after being off for a year. I am taking Ttokkyo Deca 300. It feels so good to finally be back on the gear. I can't wait to start seeing the results. I have one question. My best friend is a trainer and he said that this deca is pretty strong and I should only take 250mg/week. I feel like I should be taking more. I have one 10ml bottle. I have researched on here and found many diff opinions. What do you guys think about how much and how often I should be taking it.
