Cycle History: 10-15, just about anything.
weight: 238 (down from 254 two months ago). Need to be around 215-225 when I start.
Height: 5'11"
Workout: 5x5
Diet: spot on for 6 mo. No alcohol & sugar. Limited protein powder. Stick to solid foods and vegetables.
bf: 12-15 (still holding onto the midsection). Need to be 10-12 When I start.
Training: On and off for 15+ years (been off for 2-3 years due to grad school with horrible diet and drinking during this time).
Goals: Trim, solid muscle, no bloat
Var: 60-100mg/ed - 6wks
EQ: 400mg/wk - 10wks
liquidex - .5mg/ed - 10wks
PCT:
clomid 50mg/ed - 4wks
Clen: 2wks on/off - 6wks (will run 40mcg to 120mcg)
s-4: 50mg/ed - 6wks
MK-2866: 25mg/ed - 6wks
Please don't suggest test (I know my body better than you). I will post before/after pics to show gains. Still acquiring everything but this is where I'm at.
