1st Cycle, 10wks Results

Descided this autumn to do my 1st cycle after dieting down for 19wks ckd and then a 2000kcal lowfat diet maintainance for another 6. Im currently at week 11 and stopped with injectables last monday. Waiting for bloodlevels to drop so I can start pct.

Results have been awesome im up 24lb Im currently at 205-207lb.
For training I did upper body 4x a week with legs on maintainance.

Training

Mon: 12+sets Chest/ 3sets Calves
Wed: 16+sets Back/ 3sets Quads
Fri: 16sets Arms/ 5sets Abs
Sat: 20sets Shoulders/ 3sets Ham

Diet

Diet was highprotein, moderate carbs, low fat. Around 3000kcal
Proteinsource was about 30% Meat, 30%Milk, 30% Whey/Caseine-powder, 10% other.
Carbsource was oats, wholeweat bread, pasta with added fibre
2-4servings sallad every day.
5g+ Omega-3 every day

Cycle:

1-7 250mg Norma Test Enanthate E5D
8-10 250mg Galenica 3850 Test Enanthate E5D
2-8 100mg Norma Nandolone Decanoate E5D
1-4 15mg Melic Thai ED
8-12 Dbol-downtaper 20mg, 15mg, 10mg, 5mg

1-8 2IU hGH 5on, 2off
9 2IU hGH ED
10-x 3IU hGH ED

1-8 0.25mg Armidex
3-x 20mg Nolvadex

10-? PCT

well you look good judging the back of your legs you could cut up a bit more looks like you gained close to 20lb of solid muscle shave off about 5lb fat add another 20 and you will be a stare but you are looking really good.

Yeah, its damn hard makin a good comparison from photos. If you look at the size of my head you can tell that its larger on the before pick on some. It's noticable irl, gotten ppl noticing it at work etc.

Chest 41.2" - 43.2"
Back 43.6" - 46"
Arms 15.4" - 16.4"
Waist 33.6" - 36"
Hips 39.2" - 41.2"
Legs 25.4" - 27.4"
Calves 16.8" - 17.4"

Also forgot to add that I've done cardio 5x a week powerwalkin

why do you have meassurments for chest and then back how can you meassure them seperatly??

Are those before and after measurements??? :confused:
 
Well what I meant by chest is chest/back circumference relaxed, just translates odd.. What I meant by back was circumference when I do a latspread, and yes those are before and after meassures.

Are those accurate, before, measurements? Or are they guesses? WTF your waist went from 33" to 36", what the hell is that? :confused:
 
do a measurment chest and back lats flared and chest tight... so you mean you went from a size 33 waist to 36 in pants?? what did you measure I usually measure around at my belly button... <--- that one would have to be done will empty stomache also full tummy would make it bigger...anyway let us know

Well thats what I meant by back and chest meassures. I went from 33.6 to a 36" meassured waist, meassured in the morning. I easily pack on fat/water on waist/ass/hips.. Strangely most fat has put on the lower back.

Hi mate I to am 23 and am about 5 11" I am just about to start my first cycle, a bit more simple than yours but would just like to say excellent gains.

I hard trouble at first noticing the difference but you can.

how much do you weigh now, and before?

bit of inspiration though mate cheers.

think i will be doing HST training while on my cycle have just done 5x5.

On the beforepictures I was around 183lb and the 10week shot I was 207lb.
Well quite embarrasing the other day when I was at the gym. A guy I hadnt seen in like eight or ten weeks approached me and said he didnt said hi or anything at first cause he wasnt sure it was me. I told em I was eatin A LOT of food.. guess he didnt believe me..

what do you mean he thought you were on somthing??
 
Definately a noticeable overall increase in muscle mass, and still lean. Doesnt look like anything you couldnt achieve without the AAS, but it could be fucking difficult to get those kind of results in 10 weeks, especially if youve been plateaud. Either way, KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!

thx bro's for all the kind words, pct has gone good. My bench and (romanian)DL are still goin up.. Since I did high volume med-high reps on cycle I got great strengthgains when I switched to low volume training. Still very careful with lifts, have had several wrist injurys in the past and hasnt been able to press any weight for long periods of time. One of the main reasons my upper body is (was?) lagging. Starting week 14 tomorrow..

Damn, 3000 cals? That's barely above my MBR, lol.

With that in mind, and looking at your pics, I would venture to say that you may have gained 10 lbs of muscle.

However, its still impressive due to your conservative dosages, low caloric intake and concominant use of nolva and adex.

Good work though, and keep on bustin ass. And eat more, lol.
