Does it really take that much effort to find your daily calorie needs to find that sweet spot while dieting? and once you figure out your daily needs, to figure out what i need to bulk should be easy correct? 500+ cals a day on top of your daily for a clean bulk would be safe?
I had to go as far as purchasing a digital scale and weight my food (mind you I can now gauge size poritions). I'm now at 2000cals a day which allows me to drop 2lbs. I started at 2400cals the first week, and dropped it each week to find what I need to consume to lose weight.
I was 212 when i started and managed to drop to 202 yesterday morning. I'm planning on dropping to 180lbs within 2-3months before I start my first bulk.
Anyway glad to finally join the forum. I was getting tired of the warnings that I viewed too many posts lol.
