Chrysin has been found to inhibit steroidogenesis, which quite likely cancels out the positives from decreased estrogen. I would not recommend its use unless you naturally have really high E levels or are using an aromatizing androgen and do not have access to Clomid/nolvadex. It should also be mentioned that flavones have terrible oral bioavailablility, so you would need at least 10-30 grams to get significant activity. A better method would be to dissolve it in DMSO (25mg/ml) and use it topically in about 1/10 or 1/20th that amount
