I remember the age when money is just starting to talk and the only phrase it seems to know is "Goodbye".

man your telling me

so i cant join the gym right now maybe next year or the end of this ................................but i got a wieght bench the other day for about 30. bucks from my uncle

it has the butterflies and just the regular bench press bar and the leg lift extension too..........................now i can do something until i can join the gym. any advice for what excersizes???.......

u could have used the money for that bench for membership

its cheaper to join a local health club, which is all you need.

then again, i used dumbells all the way up to freshman year before i started lifting really heavy.

advice, buy a cheap bar, and some metal, not cement weights, do some rows presses and squats. go light if u have to. youll still get results.

master your form, then join a gym

flat bench, incline bench if you can, squats, deadlifts, bent rows, upright rows, push presses, powershrugs, military presses, every olympic lift, curls, the list is endless. you should try focusing on bringing up your flat bench, squats, deads, and rows. I understand it may be difficult to squat without a rack, but lots of people do it. learn how to clean the weight up. check out madcows2's 5x5 post, read about the single factor 5x5, and start a training log (cant stress the importance of this enough). make sure your dinding dollars are well spent, your results will only be as good as your diet. stock up on lean meats, oats, pastas ect., just make sure youre eating alot, getting enough rest, and training hard- you will see results.
