Okay so im 18 years old i have been going to gym for about 2 years now i have seen some gains but nothing to big.. My arms went from 11.8 to 14.5 when flexing.. My chest still have to develop a lot triceps look amazing when flexing every thing look good when i flex only ?? Ppl tell me that i dont look like if i work out and is sad to hear that i try i try but i still dont Have that look you know my rutine is chest with triceps back and biceps legs and shoulders and traps i change that every 3 weeks .. I want to get on the juice but then Again i dont know on what to get on nor where to get it .. My friend told me to get on one shot test one injection every week for two months ?? Two bottles of that for $$$.. But im asking you guys what should i get on wht do you guys recommend for me im 165 5'10 and a bit of body fat i dont wanna be skiny and ripped i want size and volume i want ppl to look at me and say yup he hit the gym u know.. If you could help me out it would be great i need to know what is best for me and where to get it.. Thankkk you soo much
