17years old..cnt take it going on steriods

if you suck too much to make your own gains at 17, then what makes you think your responsable enough to be doing steroids sucessfully in the first place?

the first flag that tells all of us here that you are NOT responsable enough to be doing steroids, is the fact that you think it is acceptable to do at the age of 17.
-dont do it.


this site has alot of amazing information. read it, ask questions, learn, lift, eat. you will gain
 
you hear that mane? I wasn't alone when I told you the exact same things that some of these fellas have talked about here in this thread...take some wisdom from some of the guys who have been where you've been and listen to what they're saying...you're saying yourself a lot of grief bro
 
If you juice now it will have severe negative effects. Im only 18 and I was frustrated at first. But through diet and hard training I'm almost 200lbs at 5'8" with 15% bodyfat. Dont juice, stay determined. Youll be better off in the long run.

I'm pretty sure your diet isnt that good too.

Get that right first. Don't drink.

This is where you need to concentrate first. If I was to ask you what your nutritional intake was on a daily basis, you should be able to rattle off numbers to me without any problems. But I am guessing that you currently don't really know what you are consuming in terms of caloric intake, protein, carbs, and fat. If you don't know these things then your chances of making any positive gains are slim to none ... even if you introduce steroids. Spend just one week writing everything down that you consume and make sure you don't alter your diet during this week. You want an accurate representation of your nutritional intake. At the end of the week, you will see, probably for the first time, where your diet is letting you down. From here you will be able to make the changes you need to start obtaining a better physique. It takes time but the end results are worth it and you really will feel better about yourself doing it this way. Just give it a try.

If, after you have tried that, you are still determined to take steroids at 17 ... then you have to be aware of the risks. And getting your balls back to size is at the bottom of the list of things you need to be concerned with. The most important thing is information and accepting the responsibilty that comes with it. So spend the next few years researching and educating yourself so that you can do it right.

I know that none of the answers posted here are what you wanted to hear and I'm sure that anyone else who posts after me is going to tell you the same things, but it is only because we know what can happen or we have experienced these things. We don't want to see someone like yourself jump into the deep end and end up hurting himself.

Being ripped isn't going to make you feel good about yourself. Reminds me of those chicks that say they need breast implants in order to gain security in themselves. Bullshit. Work on yourself first.

If you can't gain naturally at your age, something is wrong with your training/diet. Fix these first.
 
i don't know where you guys all live, but where i'm from, no one has ever mentioned this topic in a training environment to me.

you all must live in some fucked up places
 
As others have said that are your age, get down your diet. I'm just 18 and it is definitely frustrating at first, and very tempting to take the easy way out. Your diet really doesn't even need to be that clean, just eat everything with protein in it. Give your workout 100% effort and give 100% when it comes to slamming food down your throat. Who cares if you put on a little fat, it will keep the gains coming.

maybe if everyone on this board keeps saying the same thing, then it might through to you. you are way too young to be thinking about doing steroids. first thing you need to do is know how to eat right. then, you need to learn how to train. you could do all the steroids in the world that you have access to, but if you dont know how to eat properly, and how to train properly, then you wont get anything out of using steroids.
 
......just take your time.. learn all you can about diet ... and lifting.. form the whole deal...practice...
keep reading about juice.. take note... make yourslef a plan to stick with...
get your diet down... good... while you are doing all of this.. you will be growing and learning..... after a few years... at least 20yrs age. and you have made it...
if you just start takeing. juice.. it wont help much till you get all the other stuff down....
