17 need help from some of u pros

HBone...I don't think glutamine is necessary...I've never tried it, but I don't think it's very important.

Spaz...you must be kidding me! You have to eat higher quality foods. Try eating 2 chicken breasts every day and get a hold of some protein powder and make a shake everyday...You'll start to grow big time! Eat alot of pasta, rice, chicken breasts, turkey, egg whites, tuna, etc...and you will grow! That's all you need, fuck the supplements, just start eating everything in site...except junk foods...which seem to be the main part of your diet at this point...Do a search for diets to get an idea of what most of us eat every day, then apply it to yourself...bump your calories by like 500 calories per week, until you start growing...

Holy shit...you will see some awesome improvements if you get your diet on track!

ya bro, you must get your diet up to par. without going into great detail. you should be eating every 2-3 hours. you should get about 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. for a 200lb person that would mean 400 grams of protein. also include healthy fats such as, NATURAL PB, flax, and other sources. this is just a little info to get you started. check out the diet board for more info.

Dude, you are wasting your "window of opportunity" around your w/o. you need to take in a preworkout drink of something like 30 grams fast acting protein and about 40 grams fast acting carbs....then immediately after your w/o look to down about 40 grams fast acting protein and 50-75 grams of fast acting carbs with glutamine (10 grams) and creatine (10 grams). a few hours later take in a whole food meal, or something with longer acting proteins and carbs like maltodextrin and casein. then also be certain to get about 30-50 grams of protein every 3 hrs. any kind of protein. and make sure you get a shot of long acting protein before bed every night. also you can look into other suppmements as you go along. but protein and food, as well as centering some fast nutrition around your w/o are key.

Hey, what do u mean by your cmment that all the REAL pro's are in here? Anyways, your diet sucks. Eat some breakfast. try this:

Breakfast: 4 or 5 whole eggs
Post workout sake (within 15 mins of the end of the routine): 50grams protein and atleast 60 carbs.
1hour later: eat some tuna or chicken breast with some oats, beans, or lentils.
another hour later: make your self a sanwich with NATURAL Peanut butter (notice the emphasis on NATURAL)
Eat your dinner.
Right before bed: Drink a protein shake mixed with milk.

on supp board you will find a lot of useful information. these gearheads don't have time to teach you such lessons. :) but they are right, there are tons of anabolic questions to be answered, so things like this are better off on the proper board. me and nutriwrestler will answer your questions over there and we won't even yell at you........well not too much. :p
 
Well I can tell you now that you are going to get all kinds of answers saying your diet is the pits... and it is... yet at the same time, I can understand that it's hard to eat properly... 'specially if you're living on your own. Yet if you are at home... then you should do something like this...

RAID THE FRIDGE! hehehe... get up at 1:00pm eat 4 - 6 eggs... with a bowl of cereal... you're 17 so drink a lot of milk also... workout, then drink a shake right after... rather then straight protien shakes, get one of those high calorie ones if you are relatively small... at 4:00pm have your beef bean thing... but that has to be consistant... everyday... it takes dedication, but it'll pay off... if you can't seem to eat that bean deal, then just bring a can of tuna or something instead... eat that... at dinner... get the protien... as well, eat up all the carbs... snack, then have another shake before bed...

should be good to go...
