17 need help from some of u pros

ok i am 17 ive been working out for 2 months

just wondering what supplements have worked out in experience

im taking creatine protien shakes and amino acids

what else do you guys suggest
 
Def. wrong section, and if you have only been training two months all you need to worry about is proper training(split, technique, length of workouts) and a little bit of nutrition and you'll gain fast. Dont even worry about the creatine...but stick with the protein shakes, make sure your having one right after you workout.
 
throw in some glucosamine if the joints are hurting you. some glutamine couldnt hurt either.

ya bro, it can be a bitch waiting for a reply on the other boards. give us a sample of your diet, include the times of day you eat.
 
ok

usually i get up around 1:30 pm

workout @ 2

eat @ 4 usually its something like beef and bean nachos from a mexican resturaunt

snack untill dinner

eat @ 7:30 usually pork chicken or beef

and i snack until i sleep

note this is a day off of work

having to juggle working and working out sux a
big floppy donkey shlong
