m 6'4 185 and i have been training seriously (joined a real gym) since march 6th 2007

i follow a high protein/high fat/low carb diet

my most lagging parts are my legs and triceps but i am working hard on them!

critiques, suggestions please

dude you are ripped but you need to eat a shit load more than you are now

what is your diet? I'd drop the clean diet shit and just eat everything you see
 
for 16, you're looking pretty damned good. and if you've only been in the gym for 3 months...well, fuck. i see shitloads of muscle in your future, if you keep training and eating properly. and use celltech.
 
don't eat anything in sight... but do up your intake and don't worry about the carbs!! eat everything relatively decent in sight!! don't start downin big macs, but do start pounding down the food!! your body needs carbs too!! and they are not your enemy especially when trying to pack on the muscle!! what's your diet look like??

agreed. eat MORE and increase your carbs to gain more weight. Some cheat meals won't hurt too much, but keep eating good foods for the most part.

Lookin good though. Keep at the weights. Work hard and stay dedicated.

yep eat more and bulk up.

once u put on a t-shirt, u look like a scrawmy twerp. only muscles and bulk will stick out of a t-shirt, so concentrate on that.
 
Nice dude! That's pretty much how I looked... you aren't carb sensitive, so just eat it up... good but clean.. and lots!
 
you're 16 fucking years old,lay the fuck off the crank and what ever else you may think you wnat to do,let you're body do it's thing and save that shit for you're twenties
