ok here we go, i been cuttin up my little cuz he was 24% bf
we got him from 24% to 16% in the past 2 months, muscle maintained almost perfect, ( lost some mass from getting the flu from his gf lol )
before stats:
age:16
height: 6'3
weight : 265 lbs
bodyfat: 24%
after stats:
age:16
height: 6'3
weight : 239 lbs
bodyfat: 16%
and we also improved his extreamly lagging left arm
one arm was 18.5 the other was 17 1/4
now one is 18 1/4 and the other 18 (all cold measurements)

all this was done in a 2 month time frame btw
i had him on a rotational diet, 3 days of 100 carb 250g protein, and a refeed day of 400g carbs and 130g protein, he would get a cheat meal every other friday night
did his weight training as useal
cardio was 45 minutes when he woke up on an empty stomach and another 45 after lifting, (3.3mph no incline)
the goal now is he wants to get down to 8% and bulk up after that
not bad for 16 yrs old eh?
