Hi, im 16, 5ft 7, 135 pounds, hardgainer, 10% bodyfat. Im an intermediate bodybuilder i have been training before but really off diet and inconsistently for the past 6 months, making and losing gains. Now that wrestling ended i started bodybuilding again seriously starting today. I have a 16 week goal so that by June 21 I would get to 160 pounds of lean, massy muscle. (No steroids or prohormones!)
I want to video tape about 3 minutes of each workout day ( i will train 3 times a week, and get some footage of me cooking and show some recipes and ideas) so that by June 21, I have an exciting 2 hour and a half video to show to everyone (i will make website too). I will try to make it an interesting fun video to watch with some additional drama of me hanging in there and forcing myself to go through the workouts and the diet. I will pose at the end of each week so that results could be seen along the way and video tape the scale while im am standing on it every week; also maybe measurement tapes on arms, chest, waist. I have lots of video editing software, i will fill it up with background music, maybe some schwarzenegger videos of him posing at the end of his training and then the strip changes to me in the same position.
For me to gain 25 pounds in just 16 weeks, without steroids or prohormones, at age 16, is going to be very hard. So i will need all the help I can get here and some knowledge about the best supplements and how to make them work in synergy. I have 270 dollars to spend on supplements and 600 dollars on food for 16 weeks along with whatever my mom cooks for dinner. Im pretty good finicially i guess. I have plenty of time right now to workout. Im free from 5pm-10pm every day, even though I only need 45-60 minutes a workout.
Below is what I picked so far as my supplement stack that totals to $270. I got all this for mental motivation and more of a placebo affect on me. It just makes me get the idea that i am almost juiced (ok laugh) and gives me adrenaline to keep going with my bodybuilding and believe in myself and in my gains. (i don't believe in glutamine, a little is in the gh stack though, but if someone can convince me it gets digested enough then i will use it in my stack)

My diet
Eggs and oatmeal, then turkeybreast or canned tuna, then preworkout shake and creatine, afterworkout shake, dinner (salmon/flounder/steak/lamb/halibut with brocoli/pasta), then last meal cottage cheese with honey. Lots of fruits too and fatty acids.
Any more additions of supplements or any other comments, positive or negitive, i appreciate it. HELP ME BECOME A WALKING BEAST. PLEASE. If I succeed with my goal, my video is going to be one interesting video to watch. Maybe MTV's made show would take a look at it. lol.
Basically, I need to gain 1.51 pounds per week if a 16 week time period. As for the fat loss after the bulking, Im heading directly on June 23rd to a Sanatory in Russia for 3 - 4 weeks which is a theriputical hospital but more like a hotel. You can eat up to 5 times a day. One meal is drinkable oatmeal. All the food is steamed or boiled, not fried, cottage cheese on sides and nonfat nonsugar deserts. It is so easy to lose weight there. You also drink a special natural mineral carbonated water which aids your stomach in food digestion and promotes other health depending on the source of the water. You can go to doctor anytime, get stomach flushouts, teeth checked and fixed, lungs cleaned with sitdown special resporator, a sitdown gum rinse, pool, gym, night club, chess, and more. A VERY NICE facility and cheap too. I go every year just to stay healthy and get checked with doctors not that i have any disease or something even though that is what people go there to treat their kidney, stomach, lungs, or heart depending on sanatory. It is popular in Russia.
