15 lbs of Muscle

Looking to add on 15lbs of muscle (pretty reasonable i guess) i weigh about 185. i was thinking about this cycle


wk 1-6 300mg deca 150mg sust
wk 6-8 Drop the sust. and continue with the deca

now i know thats very low dosage. but im confident that i can accomplish 15 lbs of muscle in 8 wks off this.

Critisizm please maybe even a few suggestions
 
depends on your stats. First cycle? height? age? years of training, etc..

Yes this is my first cycle. I dont think i need to up the dosage just because im not really needing to add on much weight and i dont want to lose any of my speed. im an athlete. i go to a community collage but im going to transfer to a D-2 school next year and walk on the football team thats why i am gonna start a cycle now so that it will be out of my system before i tryout.

I am:

6'
185lbs
315 bench
405 squat
dont do much dead lift but im gonna start up. if you need my workout and diet i can post that also. by the way im 20 i know thats a little young but i dont really have time on my hands and i figure i have trained long enough and this might be one of my only cycles.
 
I agree with PaleHorse, I would bump the SUS up a little bit more to acquire the desired results. Anything is possible though, if your dieting is strong and you train like an animal, 15 pounds can be achievable.

I doubt you can gain 15lbs of pure muscle in 1 cycle. You will gain a good size but a lot of it will be water. After PCT your lucky if you retained 10lbs of pure muscle...

Good luck and make sure you Nolvadex handy, just in case
 
Ill gain 15 pounds of total weight when I run test at 500mgs and Deca at 300. And keep about 10 on a 12 week. But who knows. Good luck but I would up the test FOR SURE.
 
you're only going to do one cycle. Good luck, I said the same thing young buck but this shit is like Lays potato chips "you can't only have just one"
