and as for the "youll only retain 10 pounds" thats not true at all i dont know where that info comes from.. my first cycle ever i was 19 years old i ran deca only about 200-300mg a week.. one shot a week.. and i gained 25 lbs i kept about 22 of that.. the compounds you run will determine the amount you keep.. and how you train afterwards.. just because you gained 25 lbs doesnt mean half of it is water.. i run an AI throughout.. if i do drink a little one random night.. upon waking up the next morning (dehydrated) i weigh about 2-3 lbs less. im not sure how much weight ill retain off this cycle im on now.. it would be nice to keep it all.. i started around 210 9%.. right now im 252 around 10%.. 15 weeks in goin for 18.. im retaining a little water now since i reintroduced dbol back into it, but i hope to retain about 30 lbs.. we will see a few months after pct
as for your cycle, id drop the deca out due to it staying in your system for so long, just run the sust at 500mg every week.. inject 250mg every 3 days.. for 10 weeks.. your good to go.. eat big train hard youll grow just fine.. have an AI on hand like aromasin or letro just in case gyno pops up..
