12 week Test cyp 250mgs cycle, need help!!!

starting my test cyp cycle in a week or so. want peoples advise on the cycle.

(250mgs about every 4 days) wut shud my dosage b? Have 2 10ml viles. going to run liquidex during to keep bloat down and arimidex for PCT. Hows it sound? should i get Tomax/nolvadex or clomi for my PCT? Thanks everyone

500mg a week is more than enough, pct sux, nolvadex is dogshit throw it out, clomid alone is silly, check out the pct section, how old are you and what are your goals

If you want my honest opinion I think that you should up your caloric intake of whole foods and work your ass off in the gym, at 22 your goals are attainable without juice, I think you'll be disappointed, you ultimately may end up with 10lbs after a good pct. the biggest misconception is that by taking gear people are going to pack on 40lbs of beef, then they do a shitty pct and end up at square one and jacked up hormones. I'm not shitting on you but I think you should wait and try to reach your goals on your own and when you have a solid base and put some years behind you training, take it to the next level with good research and advice.

Ive been training for 8 yrs n I was 265 then did few cycles of winnie n worked my ass off to get down to my real fighting weight. So now im trying to gain strength n size b4 I cut bak down for fights

You need to do a lot more research before starting. How tall are you and whats your bodyfat %?
Diet, ancillaries, PCT
Gotta have all this figured out before taking these substances

Seems youre a little young for roids yet and could stand to add at least 10-20 lbs just with proper diet and training.

you do realize that liquidex is arimidex? your pct is terrible and you really don't seem to know what your doing at all man... you need to do more research and truly comprehend what you are about to do or you are going to hurt yourself... here's a proper pct...
