I hadn't seen it until you re-posted it some time ago. All I remember is 2 feet flying backwards in the picture......

We've all had those things happen. I got smacked with one of my bands Monday taking it off my tie downs. Nice little red mark on my chest. Good thing nobody was around......

I have done some pretty funny things in my training. The seted pulley row incident, the box squat/scale demolishing incident, breaking the deadlift bar incident, the 302 farmers walk explosion, and the keg squirt are just a few...

haha Breaking the deadlift bar? haha Was it a standard olympic bar? Was always wondering if those things can snap. Cuz I get a nice bend in it when I load it with over 7 plates on the power rack. Was thinking it would hack off some limbs if it snapped haha.

That is a tanning bed.

And the Arnold Anatomy chart does kick ass. I got a new one from a flex mag built with Jay Cutler's frame. Not bad but not Arnold.

And the chicks on the walls lift the spirits in my balls. LOL
