12wk prop cycle pct is this ok?

12 wk prop cycle- 100mg eod for 8 wks then 150 eod for 3-4wks with anavar 50mg ed

Ive been told nolva 40mg ed x 2wks then 20mg ed x 2wks. Just wondering how long it takes to get your nuts back??? or if i need to try somethin else, ive been on the nolva for 1 wk.

should do hcg 500iu e3d thru cycle up until 3 days before cpt starts
nolv i use
60mg 7 days
40mg 14 days
sometimes ill do a month total
