had a great workout yesterday....did a PR on the flat bench for 140 for a single....strength is still up, good sign. i have been wanting to EAT so much the last few days...just want to pick....2 girls at work have jelly beans and trail mix at thier stations and it has been calling me all week. and its always there and not ussually tempted. weigh in and pics sunday...
