I think its time i track my progress..Im 12 weeks out today from show 1 and 16 weeks from show 2.
stats: 5 1
weight 115
bf: 7 site 11%
age 30ish... :worried:
i am currently doing a loose version of 5x5..this coming week is a deloading week, so i am lightening things up..i need to recover..im beaten up! DH is helping me with my training...hes really helped get through my sticking points and pound out some serious weight.
tomorrow i will start eca and will track my diet and training.

took 1/2 dose of my eca ...surprised it hasnt made me shake..yey!another 1/2 dose about 2...Ill stick with this for a couple days and bump it up.
diet : 151 g protein, 75g carbs, 19 g fat...22g fiber.
supps: ECA, milk thistle, animal pack.

weights: off
cardio: 20 mins hiit elliptical..30sec ss 15 sec sprints, walk dogs...quick one..its freezing!

If you scroll down to additional options there is a "Post A Picture or Attach Files" that I think lets you attach pics. Not sure about non-plats.

I usually resize and host em so non-plats can see using www.photobucket.com or www.tinypic.com etc

Girl! You are sitting SOOOO nicely for 13 weeks out! Nice muscle development everywhere! Are you doing figure shows? Would love to see some of the relaxed poses! I predict some REALLY NICE progress for you!


And what's w/ the :worried: next to your age... "30-ish"??? Hun, I didn't even do my first competition until I was 35 and just did one last yr at age 40. NEVER be concerned about your age. The only important thing about your age is the age that you APPEAR to be (by action, by presentation or whatever.. that's where a tight body can take years off your life...)

fridays diet..though its pretty much the same everyday...

1 high fiber/protein hot cereal w/ 1/4 c oats

2 pwo 1/2 svg cream of wheat shake

3 3oz turkey 1 c pea pods

4 1/2 c strawberries 1/2 c cottage cheese

5 same as 4

6 4 egg whites

7 6oz cod yellow squash

8 shake

I have a question and I am trying not to sound to goofy.But you wrote that you take an eca stack.Am I wrong in sayin that it is a ephdra,caffine,asprin stack?
 
yes,,ephedra caffeine and asprin...i do my own..its way cheaper..i get vasopro ephedra from bulk nutrition for 10$ a bottle.

and dont forget...im only 5 foot 1....most of you were probably born at that height!! LOL>>>

So,you can imagine the hell i go through when the weight packs on.Ok now that we are rapping about ephdra,which I LOVED before they banned it.I lost like so much weight,If I know it was going bye bye I would have bought mass quanity...Can you give me an idea of how to being this back?I used to take Xenadrine when it was hot...Because I have never "made"my own stack..I am using Lipo-6 and even though it has only been 4 wks.It is kind of expensive to see no results...But I am going to be ordering the sesapure as well..Thanks
 
i have vasopro epedra..right from bulk...online, 200mg caffeine, and a baby asprin..thats it.. all for about 14 bucks! bb.com also carries vasopro.

ok..i ve been bad posting ...i went to the arnold this weekend adn have been in a made rush ever since I got home. had a freaking blast....can i just live there..in the expo? its MY world and Im no the silly minority there!!!
i havent weighed in since last wed...i had a cheating day on Sat....though I dont think it hurt me.

i have changed my 1st show to the 27 th of may instead of the 13th...it gives me more time to prep and less time between shows. ill do mm and pics this weekend.

LOL I trained legs on Tuesday and I'm still sore too. Today is SUPPOSED to be leg day :rolleyes:

I was telling Bunny yesterday that I walk like I've got a stick up my butt :lmao:
 
I teach 3 boot camp classes a week (down to only 2 starting after thsi week yey!) and by friday im fried...i need to keep track..we must do 1000s of variations sqauts and lunges in 3 hour long classes. i dont train my legs as hard as my upper body in the weight room just b/c i think i get plenty there and dont want to overtrain them.
its a damn good thing my house is one level!!!!

did measurements this morning..though I know its off, my sites are going down so that is good. it measured me at 6%..dont i wish! i think im about 10..upper body is nice and tight..but i still hold in my ass and low abs. i think 5 lbs should get me where i need to be.

cardio only..track ...sprints 14...walked corners. jogged 2 laps. cold and windy...wasnt fun! 25 mins

That is amazing...I am very intrigued. Do you teach other classes as well or just bootcamp? Is that your job or is it a side job?

i had a guy do it in virginia...he emailed it to me via a video site... i get a dvd too he just wanted to see if i approved.. gotta love the 21st century....i cant imagine how i would ever be able to compete and educate myself about this sport w/o the internet. it opens so many worlds we never would other wise see. especially where i live! lol

thanks girls..i decided since i think im ahead of schedule a bit that i would do 1 in 5 weeks. my butt still needs to come in, hope by then it will be. i have 2 more 7 weeks and 9 weeks. so if im not 100% this time i will be by the next 2. its always a learning experience...i have yet to prep fro a show the same way twice, and always look different. tahnks for your support!

got my new suit yesterday...i ordered it from jagware at the arnold and i finally got it. its V cut emerald green velvet with boobie padding. i love it..and it fits perfect.

4 weeks out today..no pics.hubby is away (me time!!) so no one to take pics. weight is 110 even. butt still needs a bit of coming in..butt abs and upper body are really veiny...a friend at work said to me yesterday "you have marker all over you arm..no wait ..ewwwww its your veins!" SCORE!!!!! my diet hasnt really changed but starting today I add 3 SS 45 cardio sessions in. i HATE long cardio...so i think Ill split it up 1/2 in the morning and half at night. today i also need to start praticing my rouitne. rainy day and house to myself..good day for it.

weight is 109.4.....so i might have it together in time..a full pound in a week...i never do that..increase in cardio perhaps? pics this weekend...i promise.
