12 week Tren-Beast transformation

Alright guys, I'm finishing up a 12 week run of tren with a 4 week beast toward the end.Started out weighing 222 and finished up at 218. Also ran hcgenerate and caber while on.

Hi man, how's it goin? Iv been waiting for you to post this up! Hahaha. How did it go when you added the beast to tren? What were the strength gains like? Did you run it with test? Gona be doin my tren/beast cycle soon, can't wait!!!!!!! :):) lookin good anyway bro. (no gay intended) haha
 
Too be honest, I couldn't tell a huge difference with the beast. I think that it made me more vascular. I was in a cutting phase taking in 300 grams protein and 100 grams carbs per day while doing cardio sometimes twice a day. Thanks to Steve in pointing me in the right direction with support supps. I could really tell a difference. Probably the best run I've ever had on tren and I feel great.

No test. 100 mg tren eod weeks 1-12, and 3 caps of beast a day, weeks 6-10

thats what its all about right there. thats what i like to hear.

good to know people listen and take advantage of my advice, then go on to have tremendous results which were 10X better than before.. the guys that don't want to change how they eat, train, or their supps and don't go anywhere are missing out, you actually were willing to change some things and look at what happened.. you look like a beast

Cool. Def sounds like you had a good run. Was your appetite suppressed at all whist on, coz I'm gona be aimin for a lean bulk? Gona definetly take yours and steves experiences into account when starting mine. Many thanks lads. :) :)
 
I wasn't starving, but was definitely was in a calorie deficit. I don't count calories so I can't say what I was taking in, I mainly cut out all simple carbs and sugar. Only carbs came from oatmeal and sweet potatoes. No carbs at all after 4pm.

So you ran tren straight for 12 weeks with no test. How were the sides if any. What on cycle supps were you on. That is an amazing job. Props bro.

Thanks bro. No real sides. Just the normal aggression and short fuse. I've done many 12 week tren cycles in the past, but never really did it right with the proper supps. I ran hcgenerate and caber the whole time on and never felt better.

But what would have happen in a calorie surpluss diet, I bet you would have put on even more and been just as ripped just by manipulating your diet and fasting.

True. When I'm on a bulk I'll deff run it again. I've lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks since coming off the beast. Strength is still up though. I'm about 212 right now and feeling good. I do believe that the beast did help keep me from losing too much muscle.

How would you go bout this radar? How would you put muscle on whilst fasting? :)
 
20 minutes walking on treadmill every morning. 20 minutes on either treadmill or cybex arc trainer after every workout except on leg day. On leg day I did 30 on treadmill before workout on slow speed, like 3.4, and up to 15 on incline. Did an hour of arc trainer on off days during lunch.

Quite a bit then mate. Just wondering wat other people done for cardio. I'm doin cardio at the moment to lose some fat before I run my next cycle. Doin bout 45min of runnin between my lifting days, roughly 4 times a week. Not to sure if that's enuff though. But hey, I'll just see how it goes. :)
 
ifonly, not get off on a tangent but have u thought about running some gw501516? it will really help shed weight and boost ur endurance training. only stipulation is u may want to run some osta to preserve muscle.

Hi bud. I'm runnin it at the moment with sum s4. Just wonted to see wat others done in way of cardio. Thanks for the input though. :)
