Alright guys, I'm finishing up a 12 week run of tren with a 4 week beast toward the end.Started out weighing 222 and finished up at 218. Also ran hcgenerate and caber while on.![]()

Too be honest, I couldn't tell a huge difference with the beast. I think that it made me more vascular. I was in a cutting phase taking in 300 grams protein and 100 grams carbs per day while doing cardio sometimes twice a day. Thanks to Steve in pointing me in the right direction with support supps. I could really tell a difference. Probably the best run I've ever had on tren and I feel great.

So you ran tren straight for 12 weeks with no test. How were the sides if any. What on cycle supps were you on. That is an amazing job. Props bro.
But what would have happen in a calorie surpluss diet, I bet you would have put on even more and been just as ripped just by manipulating your diet and fasting.

How would you go bout this radar? How would you put muscle on whilst fasting?![]()
I believe that I lost a good 15 pounds of fat at put on at least 10 of lean muscle during that time.

20 minutes walking on treadmill every morning. 20 minutes on either treadmill or cybex arc trainer after every workout except on leg day. On leg day I did 30 on treadmill before workout on slow speed, like 3.4, and up to 15 on incline. Did an hour of arc trainer on off days during lunch.

ifonly, not get off on a tangent but have u thought about running some gw501516? it will really help shed weight and boost ur endurance training. only stipulation is u may want to run some osta to preserve muscle.
