12 egg whites a day

Are you asking if it's too much or are you telling us it's too much??

Cuz I've eaten 12 egg whites per day with no problems....
 
LOL 12 eggwhites b-tween 2 meals is too much for ya?? LOL i usually eat 12 for my pre wo. and on cardio days I have 10 before the cardio.
 
If they are cooked or pasteurised then it is fine.
If not, then you will end up with a possible biotin deficiency which will interfere with protein synthesis and the complete release of food energy.

I eat sometimes 2 cups(approx 13 eggwhites) for 4 meals.....that equals 52 eggwhites in one day..sometimes I would eat that for 5 meals,lol...then I get sick of eggwhites
 
how do most people eat your egg whites?

i usually mix 3 or 4 raw egg whites in with my protein shake after my workout?????
not good?

MY personal preference is either scrambled or hard boiled
 
I scramble and add things like salmon. Also I supplement natual egg whites with liquid whites.
I'm not quite sure why you aren't cooking them, is there a beni?
 
mixes well with my protein shake, no oil or anything needed. cooking them u need to add somethng or they taste crap...
