12.5mcg of T3 is the way to go!!!

If anyone knows the answer to this please respond. I take the tabs at 7:00am and dont hit the gym to lift and do cardio until 6:30pm.
 
Bump for DrJMW, I believe I read that you can take it all first thing in the a.m on empty stomach up to a certain amount of mcg. At wht point should one split up daily dosage? 75mcg? 100mcg?
 
You can take up to 50mcg in the morning. More than that, and you need to split it.

It has an article by me on T3.

The reason T3 should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach is because it's a very sensitive compound and can lose a lot of its absorption in the body when food is present.
 
so I should take 50mcg first thing in the morning and the other 50 later in the afternoon, maybe a couple hours before I workout.

Actually, it would be better to take it mid morning/early afternoon,
 
BigAndy: Do you have natural high thyroidlevels, a fast metabolism or "medium" fast? I have a very slow one and 12.5mcg don't do much, 25mcg is better and I've used this dose even without AS, and didn't loose any mass because of my diet. Diet is Nr.1

I have a very slow metabolism, 25mcg is not better in my opinion for extended use, and the side effect of flat muscles is to hard to handle.
 
As always great info from you BigAndy69 on the T3 doses, you have helped me immensly on my own personal T3 doses last year, adn I will be eager to try this new approach once my knee injury heals. I am like you, I have the metabolism of a snail!
