12.5mcg of T3 is the way to go!!!

Those that have been foolowing my posts on T3 know that I highly recommend 12.5mcg of T3.

I ran a cycle the following way(NO AS):

12.5mcg for 5 days
25mcg for 5 days(what a waste of time)
37.5mcg for 5 days
50mcg for 10 days
37.5mcg for 5 days
25mcg for 5 days
12.5mcg for 5 days
6.25mcg for 5 days

I started off with 12.5mcg and absolutely loved it, I got rock hard muscle fast metabolism, high energy level, good sex drive. It's not the case with higher doses suppresive doses(25mcg +). 25mcg did nothing for fat loss and gave me one hell of a limp dick and extremely flat muscles.

Good thing I had clen for my doses of 37.5mcg and 50mcg, I stopped training COMPLETELY after my last 37.5mcg dose for personnal reasons.

I was off clen and my muscles were extremely soft on 25mcg once again.

I had stopped training and clen. The second day on 12.5mcg on the way down and muscles are rock hard! I haven't trained properly in the last 3 weeks, and no training for the past 2. Energy levels are up and I'm digesting my food really well.
 
BA, im up to 100mcg and seeing great results. cardio is 25-35mins 6 days/wk. taking along with 100mg ip winny tabs and 500mg/wk omnas. I will stay at 100 for about 6 days and start my ramp down.
 
You gathered a lot of good info on t3. Excellent well thought out info. I will be starting t3 and clen in a couple of weeks. I will follow your advice. It seems reasonable to increase your metabolism with out shutting down your natural output. If I don't like the results I could always increase the dose next time.

What I'm saying is that if you are a fat ass looking for a way to get lean faster and you don't mind hurting your body(or a competitor) then high suppressive doses are in order.

If you know how to diet and can get fairly lean with hard work and care about your health, then 12.5mcg is all you need to see great results.

Falconer, yes the next time I will use 12.5mcg. The truth is I used T3 out of laziness, I was looking for a way not to diet strictly. I had good results, but nothing compared to a strict diet with Clen and Cardio. I guess I was hoping for some kind of miracle.

Add 12.5mcg to that stict Diet/Cardio/Clen combination and you have a healthier way to diet that won't completely mess your system up.

Does T3 have a "rebound" effect post-cycle that makes it even easier for the fat to come back on as the Thyroid readjusts?
 
In high doses yes it does, especially if you don't taper down properly. At 12.5mcg you shouldn't have much of a problem, if any, coming off.
 
Just a note,
when taking a high dose of t3 once a day, the other half the day you will have way lower than normal T3 levels. T3 is usually prescribed in multiple doses or compounded to be time released.
Taking it with food helps slow it down and gives me less of a yo-yo effect. multiple doses is the way to go, just shift more of it towards the morning so your temp peaks in the middle of your wake cycle and take less at night or you will sweat like a pig and sleep like shit.
also, taking one big dose of T3 can damage your heart. Thats why doctors always prescribe T4 instead of T3. you can use T4, but if you O.D. You wont know for 4-5 days and it will last for a while.

how would u do an 8 week cycle of t3. would u just stay at 12.5 mcg a day for the whole cycle?
and another thing i have the 50mcg tabs and it's really hard to cut them down to 12.5 mcg would u recommend anyway of cutting them. how much clen do u recommend to start out with , i was thinking like 60mcg and up the doasge to a 100?? what do u think?
